Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy.

Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to access timely care. This policy allows is to better utilize available appointments for our clients.

At the time of booking your appointment, you will be asked to pay a non-refundable deposit that will be credited towards your treatment(s).

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and your deposit will be advanced to a future appointment slot. Only one reschedule is allowed per deposit. Providing less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book/reschedule if a 24 hour notice is not provided. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, as I will respect you and yours as well.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment, it is considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

By signing below, I hereby acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above Cancellation Policy. I agree to pay the no show fee of $50 in the event of a missed appointment. If I do not pay the $50 no show fee, plus a new deposit, I understand I will no longer be able to book an appointment with Frost Bit by Alycia LLC in the future.
